What is the difference between Limited Tort and Full Tort? in a quick summary- Limited Tort is waiving your right to sue another party for pain and suffering or any monetary damages higher than what the other parties coverages. Limited Tort is less expensive then Full Tort. Full Tort provides the insured with the right to sue the other party for pain and suffering and any monetary damages. Full tort is a higher premium amount than limited tort.
Is there a difference between full coverage and liability only? Yes, Full coverage requires an individual to carry Comprehensive and Collision deductibles on their automobiles. This coverage is required for all automobiles that have a lien holder. Lien holder is who you make monthly payments too. Secondly, full coverage should be carried on all automobiles under 12 years old and/or and automobile considered as a classic or antique. Liability Only means the insured is not carrying a comprehensive or a collision deductible and therefore if their car is in an AT FAULT accident the car will not be replaced. Unlike a car that is carrying full coverage. Full coverage provides the insured with a deductible to pay first then the insurance company pays the rest.
If I purchase another car, how long do I have to report it to the insurance company? You have 30 days.
When I purchase a new car when should I call the RIA? As soon as possible so we can send you a new insurance card to put in the new car. We will need the vehicle identification number and the lien holder information at this time.
If I'm shopping for a new car, can you provide me a quote before my purchase? Yes! The RIA highly recommends you call from the car lots and provide Vehicle ID numbers. Accurate quoting can be given with VIN #s.

Why does insurance replacement cost on my home cost more than what I paid for the house? Very good question. Keep in mind market value is different than Replacement cost. An example would be homes in Norristown, PA built prior to 1960s. The homes are built brick by brick and at today's prices to replace your home after a fire would cost much more than what the home may sell for.
My Son/Daughter will be getting their learners permit, do I need to add them on to the policy now? No, you will add your child on to your policy as soon as they are licensed. The minute they get their drivers license you must put them on your policy! We will back date to the issue date for all youthful drivers.
